This Animal is PENDING ADOPTION.

Donner D4321

Donner was badly neglected, skinny and matted when he was left at a shelter. At the shelter, he was nervous and sad but slowly warmed up. His fur was severely matted, greasy and dirty. Thanks to the shelter for shaving him down. Soon, once he gains a little weight and grows his coat back out, Donner is going to be adorable. He was quiet during his car ride but is now very happy, incredibly sweet, playful and loves to give kisses.

Donner got all his vet care and is now resting and learning at his hero foster home. He is great with other dogs and loves his walks. Donner needs time to enjoy healthy foods, learn and get TLC at his foster home. He needs basic training. More information to come as we learn more about Donner!

Update:  Poor Donner had his neuter surgery at a clinic, but had a reaction to their glue used for stitches and got very sick. He had to go back to our regular vet twice for medication for upset GI, antibiotics, pain meds and had to get 2nd surgery to stitch neuter site which opened up. Donations appreciated to help us with his $800 vet bills incurred so far.
