Founders D4445

Founders D4445

Founders (Watch my before & after video!) and his two buddies, Anchor and Avery (Octoberfest beer names) were rescued from an overcrowded shelter when their time was up. They used to live in a car with a homeless person, who left them at the shelter. Founders was neglected from poor diet and lack of vet care /grooming. He was severely matted and needs dental/extractions (grade 4).

At our vet office, they shaved him down completely, did his full exam, Fluorescein and Schirmer Tear eye test which were fine (no scratches on his eyes). He is on Vetropolycin HC eye ointment for 14 days as a preventative.

Now he is happy and feels great without the heavy dirty coat. He was so happy going for a walk and loves car rides. Founders enjoys being carried, will give kisses, very quiet, dog and people friendly. He is very sweet, attentive, loves treats, and well behaved. More info. to come as he relaxes and gets healthier for his dental surgery soon. Small dogs age slower, so he is middle aged in human years.

10/9/19 UPDATE:  He is not ready for adoption  until after his dental surgery/extractions, mouth x-ray, blood test and healed.  Probably by end of Oct.

Update:  He had his dental and extraction.  Doing great.

Donations are greatly needed and appreciated to help Founders with his dental needs and tests (about $1,000).

**Note: Adoption in SF Bay Area Only**
