Ginny 10-4151

Ginny 10-4151

We really wish we knew just how Ginny ended up starved, scared, and skinny on our local streets.  But despite her misfortune and/or abandonment, she managed to make the best of friends with one of our volunteers in front of his home.  So feeding her and noticing just how much she loved getting petted came naturally.  Because of her super friendly nature, he asked us to try to find a home for her.  Being a young adult battling the streets has made her quite cautious and timid.  However, all anyone has to do is start petting her and all her fears melt away.  She just can't help enjoying all the attention that any human can give her.  In fact, she'll choose that over food, even when she's hungry.  And she even loves being showcased at the Fremont Pet Food Express, because that just means more attention from humans.  In her foster home, she'll tend to try to hide inside her box when noises or movement scare her.  But again, all one has to do is start petting her, and she starts purring and acting silly.  So she'll need an adopter who can be patient while she gets acclimated to her new home and someone who is willing to take her out of her box in order to show her love and affection.  We've never before seen a cat go from fear to love in less than a fraction of a second the way Ginny does.  She's so precious.  She'll be showcasing at the Fremont Pet Food Express most Saturdays from 1-3:30.
