Meet Hugo, an adorable male Chihuahua that exhibits so much love and happiness. He gets excited meeting new people and loves to make new friends. He doesn't really care for other dogs as much and is more interested in being in your lap. Hugo is interested in toys, but hasn't quite figured out what to do with them yet (it's the most adorable thing to watch). He is extremely sweet, playful, and can never get enough scratches and pets : If you're looking for a friend to snuggle with, come and ask about Hugo!

I have been at the shelter since Apr 23, 2019
