Mia D5697

Mia was rescued from a shelter where she was very scared and shy.
She was neglected, thin and under-socialized.  She needs time to learn, feel safe, get healthy and relax at her wonderful foster home with another dog.  Mia needs to learn how to walk on leash (scared on leash & freezes) and all basic home training.  She is nervous but will allow handling.  Fine with other dogs but not playing yet.  Mia is thin and won't eat kibble or can dog food. She prefer human fresh food and Stella & Chewy freeze dried patties!  More info. to come.

She did well at her first showcase and sitting on our Jr. Volunteer lap.  We learned that she gets really friendly when we offer her Stella & Chewy patties and Full Moon Chicken treats!  She needs time in home to learn that she is safe, no fast grabs and best to use positive rewards with treats/food to train her.

**Note: Adoption in SF Bay Area Only**
