Racer D2409 (old D2457)

Racer was rescued on 8/25/10 from TCAS. He's time was up and no one came thru for him. He is adorable, super friendly, happy and smart.
His trainer and doggie day care guardian: Racer is dog friendly and loves to play. Racer is a high energy, friendly guy who loves to play with other dogs. He likes all dogs large and small. He is very headstrong (as any good terrier should be), a runner and will require training & supervision. He would be a good candidate for agility, tricks, flyball, etc. He needs work on his mouthiness, since he can be nippy when he's being made to do something that is not on his agenda. He is crate trained, and he eats all of his meals in a crate. He seems to be very food motivated, which will make training much easier.
Areas where he needs training:-Potty training -Mouthiness -Resource guarding (mainly with other dogs, but it needs to be addressed) -He seems to be developing leash reactivity. At a distance, he will bark at people, other dogs, etc.
