Alex (Watch my video!) was rescued on 6/4/10 from a shelter. He is very friendly, lovable, smart and eager to learn. He is always ready to play ball or tug-o-war, but will also settle down when told to. He will sometimes play alone while he tosses around one of his toys. He is dog friendly and plays well with other dogs. Since he is confident and active, he needs a very experienced person to train and exercise him. No young kids as he can be a little rough in his play.
He comes when called and knows "sit", "shake" and "down". He will stop whatever he is doing when he hears "eh eh eh". He waits patiently for his meals and will only eat when told "ok". He is very good when going for a walk or a run and likes to go for car rides. He showed interest in cats on a walk with his foster, but did not try to chase.
