Placing our home fostered (by volunteers) rescue dogs and cats as a true family member for life, is our most important and rewarding mission. We do not have a shelter. If you are looking for a furry best friend, please let us know! Tell us about yourself and the type of companion animal you would like to adopt. Please fill out our on-line application. We have many wonderful dogs and cats available for adoption. We will find the perfect match or help you in your search with our extensive network of other animal shelters and rescue organizations. With each personal adoption from Furry Friends Rescue, you will receive a profile of your new furry friend from their foster home, home visit for safety, training tips from a Furry Friends Rescue adoption counselor to help insure that you and your companion animal are truly friends for life!

Every rescue dog, puppy, cat & kitten are vet examined, vaccinated (Dogs: DHPP, Bordatella, Rabies Pups: DHPP, Bordatella Cats/Kittens: FELV/FIV tested, FVRCP), de-wormed, spay/neutered, ID Micro-chipped, groomed, receive flea treatment and any necessary vet care.

We microchip every dog, puppy, kitten and cat that we adopt out. For more information on microchipping and it's benefits to you and your companion animal, see http://www.homeagainid.com and http://www.24petwatch.com

**Note: Adoption in Northern California - SF Bay Area Only**
